Shikov : Macedonian football can more

Macedonian national football team played qualifications (EURO 2016 in France NB) to oblivion after the fall of the rating list of the World Football Association (FIFA) was imminent (139 th place). After the double change on the Macedonian bench (Ljubinko Drulovikj and Bosko Gjurovski), a new cycle for Macedonian "lynxes" will be head by Igor Angelovski, who qualifying campaign for the World Cup  2018 Russia will start with a new captain, Vance Shikov (30 ).

 - It a pity that Macedonia is on this place with company among the selections that I think we`re better, just the sight of the list is disappointing - said the new captain Shikov Vance, who defends the colors of Austria Vienna.

Under new coach Angelovski Macedonian team will attempt to repair the reputation and lost popularity. For Angelovski and his team is a "mountain to climb" to restore confidence in the national team, and also to return the fans in the stands. Matches against Spain and Italy in Group G, will be sweet football treats.

- I am an optimist, I think Macedonian football can more. We have a new coach, with him we will write a new page in the Macedonian football, all together will work hard to improve the bad image. Everything depends from us, the players; together we can achieve better results - considered Shikov.

Shikov captain armband inherits the former "no 1 " goalkeeper Tome Pacovski who quit the national team after the match with Ukraine. Shikov in "red -yellow " jersey has played 41 match and has scored three goals.

- For me it is a great honor to lead the Macedonia as captain and it would be an additional incentive . I have enough experience to answer that challenge - says Shikov

Shikov in Macedonia for friendlies against Montenegro (November 12th) and Lebanon (15 November) comes as the leader of the table in Austria. After a disappointing season last year, when "violet" failed to gain a place in Europe this season Austria Vienna under the leadership of Germany's Thorsten Fink, has seen great results.

- With Fink the bench a lot of things have changed. We play a lot more aggressively unlike last year, it was this aggression in our game lacked. Excellent headed in the championship, and when you start well, then everything is easier. Fink brought us a different mentality and a different approach to the game - stressed Shikov.

A break due to international matches, Austria will go three points clear at the top of the table in front of Salzburg, which remizira Saturday, 1-1. After 15 championship circuits, Austria leads with 31 points, Salzburg is second with 28, Rapid Vienna e third with 25 points and so on.
