Polish Jerzy Janovizc break the party in Vienna after defeating local matador Dominic Theim 26, 76(5), 64 and
progressed to second round.
Home crowd favorite started the match brilliantly
and after 20 minutes he took the first set 62. He didn’t keep his pace and fall
out in the second set in tie break 7-6(5). Janovizc takes advantage in the
opening game in the third set, and this break shows that was vital for the win
in the match.
After 2 hours of play it was all over
for the Austrian No. 1 Dominic Theim. - Didn’t go so well like in a
first set. I didn’t had a problem with the pressure, just Ii don’t play on a
same level for all match. I`m very disappointed for my, and also for the fans
who came to support me - said Theim
